End-to-end recruitment management for Nextbridge
Overview
NexTalent streamlines the entire recruitment process at Nextbridge, from posting a vacancy to scheduling interviews and making decisions. Jobs created in NexTalent appear on the official Nextbridge careers page. The platform handles candidate data, interview scheduling, email communication, analytics and vacancy requisitions.
What I did
- Worked on the job roster section for interview scheduling.
- Developed the employee details section in the Jobs module.
- Added missing form validations that were causing bugs.
- Integrated S3 bucket file uploads from the frontend.
- Implemented Formik-based dynamic forms across multiple pages.
- Fixed file upload issues on the S3 bucket from the frontend.
